It has become easier for the tech entrepreneurs to launch a startup in Ukraine and to get the required support, connections and capital. The situation has rapidly changed over the last few years. Unfortunately, the Ukrainian government doesn't provide any visible support for young businesses and only private companies and individual incentives move the industry forward. There are still a lot of opportunities for new incubators and accelerators if to compare with Russian or European market, but those who exist can become a perfect starting point for new interesting startups.
